SHIPPING & RETURNS
It may happen that you are not satisfied. At Natureza Brasileira ByJosh we do everything we can to prevent this as much as possible. We are of course happy to help you. Below you will find a step-by-step plan which contains a clear overview of how to return items.
The legal guarantee applies to all products that you buy from us. The legal guarantee means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it. Do you have a complaint about an article? Please contact us directly via email
All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The returned items are hereby (if reasonably possible) unworn, undamaged and with attached labels. Are your articles not quite as you wish? Our step-by-step plan clearly describes how the items should be returned. Read on quick:
1. After receipt you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days without giving any reason. After this notification, you have 7 days to return the products. The returned items are hereby (if reasonably possible) unworn, undamaged and with attached labels.
2. Fill in the return form included in the package. If you have lost the form, you can contact our customer service by email.
3. Send your package via a postal point! Copy the address from the return form and write this clearly visible on your return package. If you hand in your package at a postal point, we advise you to return the ticket with Track &
Keep the trace code safe until your return has been processed.
4. If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments back from us in any case no later than 21 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the agreement. We can wait to refund until we have received the products or the proof of shipment of the return. If a product has been used or damaged, we can charge the costs for the depreciation. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
5. After processing your return shipment you will immediately receive a credit note. The purchase amount will be refunded via the same method that the order was paid with:
iDeal: The purchase amount will be back on your account within three working days
MasterCard / Visa: The purchase amount will be back on your credit card within three working days
PayPal: The purchase amount will be returned to your PayPal account within three working days
